Ryan Hunter
Ryan Hunter is the founder of Property Perfect and has over 20 years lawn and snow care experience.
Ryan is a native to Woodbury, MN and currently lives there with his wife and three sons. His Minnesota roots give him a passion for creating great landscapes in his home community.
Josh Volbrecht
Josh Volbrecht joined Property Perfect as co-owner in 2018 and grew up working with his father for his landscaping company.
Growing up being in the outdoors and being active outside has always been a passion. He lives in Woodbury, MN with his wife and two sons.
